Booking Your First Appointment: If we determine that we're a good match for one another, you will receive a private link to schedule your first appointment.

Rest assured, you have complete and total control over your appointment; you can cancel for a full monetary refund or no-fee reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using the link provided in your booking confirmation email. Please note that our 24-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy is strictly enforced by our automated booking system. A minute before the 24 hour window, you can reschedule or refund, a minute after, it's lost forever. This keeps it fair for everyone.
